Georgi Emanuilov graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in 2024. His professional path began while he was still studying, when he gained practical experience in notarial proceedings as an assistant in a notary office.

After qualifying in law, he continued his professional development in the same field, successively holding the positions of junior legal counsel, legal counsel and assistant notary. Over approximately four years he gained practical experience in notarial proceedings, carrying out notarial certifications and working on a wide range of matters and types of legal transactions.

In the summer of 2025 he completed mediator training at the Institute of Postgraduate Studies of UNWE. He is entered in the Unified Register of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice under reg. No. 20250731008. In his practice he takes a particular interest in out-of-court dispute resolution through mediation, assisting the parties in finding mutually acceptable and advantageous solutions and in reaching agreements.

In the autumn of 2025 he passed the examination for attorneys and junior attorneys provided for in Article 4(1)(4) of the Bar Act, and at the end of 2026 he was admitted to the Sofia Bar Association, starting his own legal practice.

His professional interests cover civil, commercial, family and inheritance, employment, immigration, administrative and administrative penal law. Matters relating to notarial proceedings, real estate and the legal structuring of transactions hold a special place in his practice. The experience he has gained in this field allows him to advise clients on the applicable statutory requirements, the necessary documents, the specifics of the relevant procedure and compliance with the form required by law for a transaction to be valid.

Georgi Emanuilov provides legal advice online and at his office in Sofia, as well as representation before courts and other competent authorities throughout the country. He speaks English and Russian.

Sherife Emurla is an attorney at law with the Haskovo Bar Association. She graduated with honours in Law from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and went on to a master's programme in International Project Management at the same university. Her education combines legal training with knowledge of management, planning and the organisation of business processes, forming an analytical and interdisciplinary approach to solving legal and practical problems.

Her professional path began during her law studies in 2023, when she joined a law firm specialising in legal services for the transport sector, focusing primarily on international carriage of goods by road. She started as a legal assistant and later continued as a junior attorney, gaining more than three years of practical experience. Working in this specific field gave her the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of the rules governing international road transport.

Legal services for transport companies and carriers occupy a special place in her work. Knowing not only the legal framework but also the operational side of transport allows her to approach each matter with an understanding of the client's specific commercial and organisational interests. This enables her to assess legal risks in the context of real business activity and to look for solutions that meet both the statutory requirements and the practical needs of the business.

Her practical training is complemented by specialised internships at the Sofia District Court, the Sofia City Court and the District Prosecutor's Office in Kardzhali. During these she became directly familiar with the work of the judicial institutions, the various stages of proceedings and the practical application of legal rules. This experience contributes to a comprehensive view of the mechanisms for protecting the rights and lawful interests of individuals and businesses.

In her work Sherife Emurla is guided by the principles of responsibility, consistency and precision. She sets priorities and responds promptly, while paying careful attention to every detail and to the consequences of the decisions taken. She speaks Bulgarian, Turkish and English. Her language skills allow effective communication with foreign clients and assistance in matters with an international element.
